Shipping Policy

Scintilla Diamonds works with a range of trusted suppliers, so delivery times may vary depending on where your jewellery is sourced.

Please Note: * Due to Scintilla Diamonds partnering with multiple quality suppliers, Australian and international customers may incur customs duties and tax charges depending on where their jewellery is sourced.

Most of our non-ring items are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Rings in stock that have been purchased will be shipped to you within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours. Our made-to-order rings typically take six (6) to six (8) weeks, and custom-style rings typically take six (6) to ten (10) weeks depending on the complexity of the design. Loose diamonds purchased from Scintilla are shipped within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, and stud earrings are shipped within seven (7) to ten (14) days through reputed courier agencies. These timeframes include shipping time.

Why does it take up to 6 weeks to receive my diamond ring?

We can now offer rings delivered within five weeks or less. Delivery times may vary depending on your chosen style, whether the ring is custom-made or made to order, and the supplier from which it is sourced.

Depending on your address and country, orders may take a little longer due to shipping time.

Delivery Location

Orders can only be delivered to the recipient's residential or work location once the package has been delivered to the destination; the package and its contents are not Scintilla Diamonds' responsibility. The customer is responsible for ensuring the package's safety once the courier arrives at the nominated address. Scintilla Diamonds will not take responsibility for whomever the courier leaves the package with, as we are not responsible or accountable for other companies and their conduct. It is more important that the customer makes arrangements to be home for delivery or nominates the package to be redirected to the post office for collection later. Orders cannot be delivered to public places like hotels, restaurants, malls, or on the street. If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, the courier will take the package to the nearest post office, where the recipient will have to collect the package. 

Change in the Shipping Address

Customers can change the shipping address before the order is shipped. Once the order is created, the shipping address can only be changed before the shipment process starts. To ensure the safety of the order, a change of shipping address will require an email with a copy of an invoice/receipt of the order details. The product delivery guarantee is subject to the courier company's policies. Any discrepancies in the receiver's details may result in non-delivery of the product.
